What kind of folks are we looking for? Thats the million dollar question. Lets attempt an answer

• Jewellery stores sell gold ornaments
• Gold prices fluctuate every day . At times they fall by 5% to 10% over a month or two !!
• It would mean that jewellery stores will go bankrupt when prices fall ??
• But that does not happen. Why ??

That is a question as much in plain sight as the one Newton asked - why does an apple fall ?? 

We do not expect you to be Newton, but if over the next few days you struggle with finding the answer to that question, building various possible scenarios in your mind and then invalidating them till you reach an answer you like - we are looking for you. But if you quickly googled to get that answer - we look for you but against a different track. And if you had no curiosity and move on - we will never look for you.

Put differently we are looking for Authors & result focused Explorers. People who find their own way and always find a reason why or how a thing can happen rather than why it cannot. For now we do not seek 

• Translators who can convert a business requirement into code OR
• Process workers who say “teach me once” and I will do it very well. We respect that skill and will hire separately for it as mentioned above

We are not looking for specific degrees or previous experience. But we will prefer you to have worked at least 5 years before you come to us.

Folks with 95+ percentile in both Quantitative and Problem Solving in eLitmus pH Test go right up the queue.  Please note it is not mandatory to have an eLitmus pH Test score to apply.
