Skills required:-  

Knowledge of Java, JSP, Hibernate, J2EE / Java design patterns, XML, XSLT, CSS/HTML / JavaScript, AJAX, JBoss, MySQL, Liferay, Eclipse. Strong technical skills on both UNIX and windows platform.

Good Communiaction is a plus.
